1. Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Signafy mobile application (“Signafy”), provided by Tunahan Aktay (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use Signafy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if higher, to use Signafy.

3. License Grant

You may use the app for your personal use, under Apple’s Standard EULA described below. Signatures you create are covered by section 4. All rights not expressly granted remain with us and our licensors. These Terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If the two conflict about your license to use the app, Apple’s agreement applies.

4. User Content

• Ownership: You retain all rights to the names, drawings, photos and other content (“User Content”) you enter or upload.
• Processing License: You grant us, and the AI providers named in our Privacy Policy, a temporary, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your content strictly to draw, refine or clean up your signature. The license terminates after processing, and your data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
• Results: As between you and us, the signatures Signafy creates for you are yours: we claim no rights in them, and you may use them for any lawful purpose. Other people with a similar name may get similar results, so we cannot promise that a signature is unique.
• Your own signature only: Create, scan or refine only your own signature, or a signature you are authorized to use. You are solely responsible for how you use the signatures you make.

5. Subscriptions & Purchases

• Subscriptions: Signafy offers optional subscription plans that unlock creating, refining, scanning and saving signatures for normal personal use. To stop automated abuse, we apply rate limits that ordinary use does not reach.
• In-App Purchases: Subscriptions are sold through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Apple handles all payments, taxes, and billing.
• Renewal & Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
• Refunds: Apple handles all payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload or use offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
• Violate any applicable law.
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit Signafy’s technology.
• Use bots or scripts to abuse the system.
• Resell, copy, or rebuild the Signafy service itself.
• Create, copy or use another person’s signature without their permission, or use any signature to forge a document, impersonate someone, or commit fraud.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the Signafy app (logos, code, UI, designs, text, and graphics) belongs to us or our licensors. You may not use them for commercial purposes without permission. Any feedback or suggestions you provide can be used freely by us without compensation.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. It forms part of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

Signafy is provided “as is” and “as available”. Signatures are AI-generated designs or processed images, and results may vary. A signature image does not by itself make a document legally valid or binding, and Signafy does not verify who signed; whether a document accepts an image of a signature depends on the document and the law where you use it. Features and styles may change, and the AI providers Signafy relies on may be unavailable at times. My Signatures is stored only on your device, so deleting the app deletes it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Signafy in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnification

You are responsible for claims arising from content you upload, or signatures you use, in breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

• By You: You may stop using Signafy at any time.
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.
• Effect: Certain clauses (User Content, Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Liability) will survive termination.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. You agree to resolve any disputes through the courts of Turkey, unless local consumer protection laws offer you additional rights.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. We will announce significant changes on this page or in the app before they take effect, and update the date above.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and Apple’s Standard EULA form the entire agreement between you and us. If any part is found invalid, the rest remains enforceable. You may not transfer these Terms without our permission.
